Summary: What I loved: It’s a three minute walk to town (which is adorable). The house is gorgeous, recently renovated with rustic charm. The owner was communicative and honest. Things to consider: It smells a bit funky in the entry; once you air it out, it was fine. Damage from previous tenets detracted from the vibe, but those should be an easy fix. Over all it was a great trip!

Summary: The house was set up well for several couples. Walking distance to town, easy drive to wineries and Lake Chautauqua. Good communications with manager. I highly recommend this property and owner.

Summary: The house was very comfortable with a lot of care put into making this a welcoming rental. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: My wife and I along with our friends wanted to go tour, several wineries in New York, near Lake, Erie and Lake Chautauqua. This charming house was located just outside of town, giving us opportunities to dine, drink, wine, and mingle with the locals. Every place we visited, we were greeted with a small town atmosphere, and everyone was so kind! We could not have picked a more perfect place

Summary: The house was spotless with lots of notable attention to detail throughout. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishing provided plenty of spaces to relax. Just a short walk to several places to eat, drink, and antique shop. It was a quick drive to wineries, Lake Erie, and Chautauqua Lake with plenty of fun things to do. We did have a hard time finding the house in the dark so would recommend trying to arrive before dark or leaving the porch light on to see the house number. Upon arrival we spent a little time trying to locate which fire extinguishers were alarming, but after that it was a magical weekend getaway! Will definitely be back!!!

Summary: This house was great for our long weekend girls trip. It was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the large kitchen and the front porch. It was close to everything. Walking distance to downtown Westfield and very close to many wineries that we visited. We would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: This wonderful home in Westfield was a pleasure from the moment we walked through the door. Extremely spacious and beautifully appointed; from the stunning master suite to the gorgeous farmhouse kitchen, every room was more lovely than the last. The common refrains of the week among the eight of us were, " I can't get over how big this place is." and from my children, "This place is so cool mom!" The neighborhood is quiet and just a five minute walk from restaurants and antique shops and a five minute drive from Barcelona Beach. We loved it and are definitely looking forward to visiting again!
