Positive: Extremely good value for money. Usually such facilities and m2 go way up in the 80-100€/night range. Its a large 2 bedroom appartment, with everything needed to even live there for a month should you choose to. You can literally watch TV until 5am in the living room and not bother your partner who is sleeping in the bedroom. Its very clean, smells awesome, towels felt fresh unlike hotel 150-time-washed towels. Its in an extremely quiet area, even on a sunday night, the neighbour and outside noise were non-existent.
Negative: For us (2 young adults) it wasnt a problem at all but maybe senior citizens or people with heavy luggages will find it a problem, the appartment complex has no elevator

Positive: Although I stayed for one day, from the moment you enter the apartment you feel as if you have entered your own flat. It has literally everything you could need. Toothpaste in the bathroom, fresh coffee, toaster, oil, dishes enough for any meal. The furniture is new, the apartment is impeccably clean, and entry is easy, given that you enter with a code and you can check in at any agreed time.
