Positive: Exactly as described. Modern appliances, comfortable beds. Quiet, very clean, very friendly and helpful hosts downstairs. Easy parking spot. Maybe 100m walk from a proper grocery store and an easy walk into town. A public pay-per-use EV charging station 50m away was a very pleasant surprise.

Negative: The shower floor is slightly too "flat" so water sometimes escapes, but easy enough to manage ;)

Summary: quiet, modern, comfortable, convenient, overall excellent
