The Dream Catcher!
This house is a 2 story apartment, however was originally built as a one family home.
We are offering the the flexibility of renting one floor individually or the entire house.
Elevator means handicapped accessible!! No need to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs!! Beautiful master bedroom with gorgeous views of the bay from bedroom and living room. Master bath provides a state of the art shower with bench seating built in and amazing shower panel. Additional 1/2 bath also available. King size bed in master bedroom. Day bed (2 single mattresses) located in the living room, Air mattresses provided as well. Open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. Fire place for winter intimacy. Fully stocked kitchens on both floors as well as grills on both decks. Outside shower to rinse off when returning from the beach!! Many people enjoy fishing here!!! The second floor:
This floor has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and 2 bunk beds in the other room (twin over full bunks). Sleeper sofa in the living room (not shown in pics as has not been delivered yet). Gorgeous views of the bay from living room, dining room, sun porch and back deck. Also beautiful views of the wildlife preserve from the front deck. Open floor plan which makes it look a lot bigger than the pictures.
What more could you want or ask for while on vaca?!?!? Come visit!!!

Summary: This rental had all you could ask for! Plenty of room, easy beach access, proximity to restaurants etc., it was clean, stocked with SO MANY items that we felt like we were at home! (meaning, when cooking...spices, pans, utensils...all sorts of what you'd need was here!) Donna was so great to work with and answered any/all our questions! She even guided us to the best corn on the cob to have with our steak dinner (on the, YES, grill!) Don't waste time wondering, just BOOK IT!

Summary: Family vacation was awesome. We rented both floors, we all had space. The house was super clean and amenities are great. My favorite crushed ice and water in the refrigerator. Dishwasher, washer and dryer on 3rd floor. Beach Is a short walk over the dune. House came with beach chairs, umbrella and many other pieces of beach gear. Small enclosed area for the dogs. Donna was super when I had questions. Staying again next year!

Summary: The house and location are perfect. The owner was constantly trying to communicate via the ring door bell and using neighbors to spy on my group. Full disclosure. We had a large group with 12 attendees. All followed the rules and used the appropriate beach accesses. It was no one’s fault a storm came through and wrecked the beach. Beach accesses we’re still used. Despite the owner contacting me and asking me not to leave her a bad review due to flies she contacted me numerous times to ask my group not use the BEACH ACCESS due to the storm damage. The respect for privacy was negated and unless new ownership I would not stay here again.
