Kitchen: Fully equipped and features new stainless steel appliances, and all the supplies and utensils needed for the chef (or chefs!) in your group. Pool: Yes, private pool. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. No pool heating is needed June 1-September 30. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. Pool has a deep end of 9' and includes a diving board.
Outdoor Shower: Large tile outdoor shower just added on the side of the house.
Outdoor Fire-pit: Yes, relax and enjoy some conversation on the cooler evenings.
BBQ: Yes, enjoy some grilled favorites in the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, sink and a mini-fridge, and a dining table with seating for up to 12.
