The apartment is in the first Floor (two floors). There is an elevator. It is furnished in perfect condition and by the owners with love. A living-dining room with adjoining large terrace, a large modern bathroom, a spacious entrance hall and a small fully equipped kitchen and a cellar offer up to 3 people perfect comfort and coziness, even in not so warm weather ... There is free wireless access, internet and WiFi. Satellite TV with over 300 programs, DVD, radio, are available for our guests. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils such as 4-ring induction and oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, egg cooker, etc. There is no dishwasher but a washing machine. Since the apartment is often used by the owner, it is very fully equipped. On arrival, the beds made, fresh towels and tea towels are provided, and the apartment is perfectly cleaned by qualified personnel. The private cellar is for storing luggage or sports objects such as bicycles, surfboards, etc. are available. The house also has a table tennis room.

Summary: The apartment block is in the finest location in Costa Teguise, overlooking the sea in front and out back. The complex has an excellent pool, although some might find it cold. There are a couple of pleasant restaurants close by with equally impressive views.The apartment was clean and bright with a balcony that was comfortable for two or three people.Beds comfortable and equipment as described.Very happy with our stay.

Summary: Desperate to escape the miserable UK weather in February we decided to visit Lanzarote for some sunshine. Costa Teguise is a nice resort, not overly developed but lots still open even in Feb. Hannelore's apartment is walking distance to everything. It was clean and everything worked as it should. Lovely views of sunrise and sunset. Well recommended. Many thanks for letting us stay

Summary: This apartment was perfect for our holiday. The apartment was bigger than we expected and was spotless. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The pool was cleaned every day and the surrounding area was very well maintained. We loved seeing the resident tortoise that wanders around the little gardens. The view from the balcony was lovely, you could sit there all day in the sun if you wanted to. I would definitely recommend it and we will be back. Thankyou Hannelore, we had a great stay.

Summary: The property was immaculate, home from home. There was one fan would have been good to have two as the bedrooms were quite hot and too windy to leave windows open at night. Will definitely return.

Summary: Wonderful ten nights at this beautiful Appartment . Everything that you need is there. Most gorgeous view from the balcony looking and listening to the sea. Hannelore was on hand all the time if needed and her communication was speedy, excellent and helpful.

Summary: 2 week holiday for couple, who were joined by daughter and partner for 5 days. The location of the apartment is close to the sea and a number of bars and restaurants. The apartment is very homely and has the benefit of a washing machine and a lovely sea and pool view. The kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of beach and bathroom towels. However the pool area lacks shade area and there is a lack of umbrella stands ( although the apartment does provide an umbrella ) the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage, the master bedroom would probably benefit from a king size bed instead of 2 small single beds. Overall a pleasant stay.

Summary: We enjoyed a fabulous holiday in this beautiful apartartment. It is extremely comfortable, clean and spacious, with a large balcony which has wonderful sea views (as do both bedrooms). The pool was equally as good and the grounds very well maintained. The apartment is very well located to beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. We could not fault this apartment and would strongly recommend it and hope to return ourselves. We always found Hannelore, the owner, great to deal with and very helpful with any queries.
