Come & bring the whole family to Dream Palace with lots of room for fun.
5 BR, 3 BA, spacious modern fully equipped kitchen with large island. Beautiful dining, 2 large living areas with 75” TVs. Very nice game room. Hot tub and outdoor furniture to enjoy & relax.
Great outdoor fire pit to gather together.
Swing set for the children & lots of yard space to run around.
Huge laundry room with lots of storage
Garage for parking & storage.
Very convenient & peaceful location near Long Lake. ABOUT THE SPACE: Welcome to Dream Palace!
This is a beautiful split level home located in a perfectly quiet neighborhood.
The upstairs provides a beautiful, spacious, modern kitchen that is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils along with a microwave, toaster, a Kurig machine and more! A great living area with a 75inch TV. A dining room with access to a cozy little balcony with outdoor seating that overlooks the large backyard.
There are also two bedrooms with full beds that share a big, double-sink bathroom and shower located off the hallway. And Finally a spacious master bedroom with king bed, two closets, a 60in TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
Before heading downstairs you will find a 2 car garage all clean and empty to park vehicles away from the weather.
Downstairs you walk in to an amazing game room with a pool table and a foosball table ,2 extra closets for storage, and access to another outdoor patio and the backyard.
Within the game-room is also a second family room with another 75 inch TV. Down the hallway you will find two more bedrooms. One which includes an office table with a printer and laminator available to use anytime! And another full bathroom with a tub/shower to share located off the hallway. A massive laundry room is also available to use any time located at the end of the hallway.
Beside the beautiful house, this property provides a relaxing spacious backyard.
A cozy fire pit with extra camping chairs in the garage for extra seating, swings for kids/adults, extra outdoor seating couch underneath the balcony , a grill to make delicious dinners, and an amazing Hot Tub to end an already perfect day!
Overall, this house provides lots of hanging out areas and lots of room for kids and adults to spread out and enjoy what this home has to offer!

Summary: Aleksandr is a fantastic host and the home and property are in an amazing location. The hot tub is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking utensils and cutlery. The beds are very comfortable and the fully renovated interior is exceptionally nice. We had a great stay and are already looking forward to book our next visit.

Summary: Five of us stayed at the property while we were in TC for a conference in downtown TC. The hotel block was filled up so we found this house to be our next option and we loved it. The home allowed for everyone to have their own space and provide for comfortable space to hang out after a long day of work!

Summary: We had a great stay. Everything was very clean, all living spaces and hot tub! We were grateful for the snacks and coffee provided as we didn’t have a chance to get to the store. Great place to launch out on day trips and so much to see in the area! Host was one of the best communicators I have had with property rentals!

Summary: Made a trip with family and friends to TC for the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Everything was PERFECT and the palace is such a beautiful, cozy home. It is just outside of downtown, with easy access to great wolf lodge, dining, and shopping, whatever you’re visiting TC for! I highly recommend!

Summary: Our 2nd annual stay at this wonderful home situated in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the spacious living areas including pool table, foosball & hot tub. We spent the days in downtown Traverse City, shopping and wine tasting and then were able to gather back at the house for a fun game night to celebrate Christmas with family. Clean, modernly decorated and well stocked with everything that you'll need for a great stay. We appreciated the snack basket upon arrival! <3
