Summary: We have a group of 8 people and we all enjoy this spacious house very much. Its located in a very quiet area. For sure we will come back to this property.

Summary: 6 family members and 2 small dogs stayed at this VRBO - 4 women and 2 men. It was a nice and spacious Property with a great big backyard which was easy accessible for our 2 small dogs. However, the backyard was not enclosed in any way so our dog could have easily escaped had we not been supervising. Upon arrival, Master bathroom shower was not clean and had mildew and toilet was unflushed. Air conditioning worked but hot air came through the vents. More stand alone fans were needed in each bedroom. Bed Mattresses were not comfortable. There were no bath mats in bathrooms and not enough bath, hand or face towels - as women need towels for their hair too. Thank goodness we took our own towels. Also, There were not enough pillows. We required 2 pillows per person and so we had to ask for more for which they refused at first thinking we had more people stay than the number we registered for. A fully stocked linen closet with extra towels, pillows, and blankets was much needed. In the kitchen sink, There was a Pink dirty rag left which had a very foul smell. The kitchenware (glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc) that was provided was not enough for 6 people There were no instructions on how to start the fireplace.

Summary: This house was perfect for what we needed for an extended family stay. There were 4 adults and 3 children on our trip and the house was great for us all to stay together in. However, the house could do with a few additional items to accommodate a larger group (more seating, a few more dishes for 8, extra towels and a few more cooking and pantry items). Overall a great stay and a beautiful home!
