Beautiful and expansive, this home is perfect for the whole family. Teens will love the game room above the garage, offering Ping-Pong, foosball, cornhole, and an oversized leather couch. Adults will love the screened porch overlooking the lake steps from the house. And children will practically live on the sandy beach or enjoy the playground, the volleyball court, horseshoes, and shuffleboard.
Nearby Schultz Park in Douglas offers pickleball and tennis. Be sure to check out the farmers market at the Saugatuck Art Center, and spend an afternoon wandering around the charming village. There are so many wonderful places to eat locally. You'll also have the Clearbrook Golf Club half a mile away, the Saugatuck Chain Ferry within two miles, and Oval Beach within three.
Boasting three floors, this home has a large primary bedroom and a private bathroom on the main floor. The lake walkout floor downstairs has a living area with cable TV, a French-themed bedroom, and a laundry room. The upstairs has two bedrooms: one with a lake view and one facing the woods. Summary: We had a great time here. There were a few hiccups but nothing major and we plan on staying here again. Short walk to a beach on a small lake. Heated pool access. Private house. We were able to have a small fire on the beach in a fire pit on our last night and had smores. Great place! Make sure you know exactly how to get to the house before you arrive. Google maps will steer you wrong!

Summary: The property was much smaller than it was portrayed. The upstairs garage for ping pong and such was very dirty, very hot, so if you plan to use it, you will need to clean it up, very small. Our reservation was transferred to Vacasa and they were hard to get a hold of with any questions. No instructions on what to do with garbage, parking is tough with 4 vehicles, had to back all the way out of the long drive. Was clean and comfortable, plenty of dishes and utensils. Very few dish towels and no washcloths. Location to beach and lake were great and it is tucked back in the trees for shade and quietness. Overall loved our stay.
