Positive: Everything about the driftwood by the sea is amazing. Perfect location, short walk into town plus the beach is right across the road. The owners are beyond kind and helpful and have made it feel like a second home. With cooking facilities for those nights you need a home cooked meal!

Positive: Really liked having cooking facilities, comfy lounge/ dining area and seating outside on the veranda (amongst beautiful hanging baskets) The cottage was spacious and clean.There was lots of local information available in the cottage which was helpful. Appreciated the tea, coffee, creamer etc. provided in the cottage. Karen the host was very friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities on site was a bonus and Karen even gave us laundry capsules for free. Parking was right outside the cottages. Lovely to see deer wandering around the site every morning and evening. Great location right across the road from the beach and a few minutes drive from the attractions of Campbell River.
Negative: The shower in the cottage is extremely small The road outside was busy therefore noisy. However once inside the cottage it wasn't an issue and the bedroom was at the back of the cottage therefore quiet.

Positive: Very convenient on main drag. We had a cottage & loved it. Also, having a coffee in the morning, or a drink in the evening, on the beach across the road was extremely nice. The deer on the property were cute too.
