Summary: Great big room, simple instructions to access property. Was able to get a late check out which was very helpful.

Summary: No reception. If I had not brought a notebook with me and had access to wifi, we would not have known about the door entry code used to gain access. There are no restaurants or snack bars within a 15 minute drive. The room was spacious and well appointed, but could use a microwave oven.

Summary: Access to the house is by coded lock - there isn't an actual human there at any time even though the office hours stated 4 to 8pm. The site advertised as bed and breakfast but there was no breakfast. When asked I was told that it was a mistake on the site. Despite being promised a partial refund nothing happened. So - this is NOT a B&B - it's a B. Grounds were run down - nothing like the web pictures. First time I've been scammed in a while. I've learned my lesson with this place.

Summary: Great stay just outside of inverness. Could do with a bit of a paint and walls clean but other than that it was lovely. Lots of parking and great Wi-Fi.

Summary: Lovely plave to stay, comfortable room, nice beds and lovely hot shower, large shower . All really good, nice and clean. Very quiet setting, nice trees in the grounds. Friendly owner, thanks for a good stay

Summary: The only good part was that it is on a secluded, pretty quiet lot and it seemed like there was someone else there overnight but I didnt hear them. They also left a tea service and cookies. Ok now... First off, at that price point I don't expect breakfast but if you advertise it and don't provide it, it's false advertising and that makes me grumpy. Also there was dog (or hopefully not human but I think dog) hair all over the blanket. If you don't have adequate laundry facility don't allow pets, people with allergies could be affected No bathroom hand soap And the room was FREEZING! The heater in the bathroom would not work so even once the room finally got warm the bathroom stayed quite cold And there were room keys left unattended at the check out, not in a lockbox. The front door has a key lock which is good but it seems like anyone coming in or out can access all the keys So... Yeah do not recommend

Summary: A charming country-style boarding house in a secluded location, but surprisingly close to Inverness. Finding it was a minor challenge. The weather was quite warm the night we stayed, so we felt the absence of airconditioning, but I shouldn't imagine that is normally a problem this far north. The entire stay was non-contact, we didn't see anyone apart from a few other guests, but the process was easy and well-managed, just check your phone for text messages.. .

Summary: This is a beautiful property. The owners are very kind and personable. It's keep very clean. I wouldn't recommend a stay here if you don't have a car. I suspect that the difficulties of finding staff have left the gardens untended.I hope that an economic turnaround in Scotland would see this beauty restored
