Summary: Quick turn around family trip...we've stayed at Drury Inn before and loved it...we got in kinda late but were greeted by staff ..we had a 1st floor room which was in a central location to pool gym & lobby...room slean & spacious no issues for us

Summary: This turned out to be the most perfect family-friendly hotel! The building is well-built so that there is adequate soundproofing between rooms. We never heard a peep from adjacent or overhead rooms, even with a full hotel. The beds are comfortable. The staff is AMAZING! It’s rare to see so many people care about doing a good job- the friendliest, best customer service I’ve ever gotten at any hotel and we travel A LOT for baseball. The breakfast was great every day with so many options and the evening snack time was the best ever! It was delicious hot food, not just nachos and popcorn- I’m talking a meat, sides, a salad and more! I felt like I was at a neighborhood cookout every night. I loved all the families coming in to eat. The kitchen and lounge area is plenty big enough for an entire team. There was room to sit and play games. It was also much, much cleaner than the Embassy Suites where we stayed in Hoover for the last tournament. I can’t say enough good things about this Drury Inn!

Summary: While I initially felt the price was a bit high, the room and features were exceptional and I left feeling like it was a fairly good value overall (comparatively speaking). Like the reviews state, staff is very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good. It is really the same as most places with a bit more variety and better atmosphere/presentation. If I were to return to Birmingham, I would stay here again.

Summary: This is an older building which gives it the feel of being a little unclean. I don't think it was unclean though. It's a safe area. Breakfast was not great but decent. Service was good.
