Positive: The staff here are exceptional. They are so welcoming and treat everyone like family. It was also so handy not to have to go out to get a meal for dinner since the dinner snacks they offer were enough to get me through the night. I also loved that there were drinks (water, soda, coffee, etc.) available at any time during the day or night. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Houston.

Positive: The convenience to shopping and highway and it being gated. The free parking, free breakfast and snacks and dinner. To top it off the 3 free drinks. The staff was excellent, Sryanna (?) was the best. She was informative, friendly, respectful and such a happy person. It appears she loves her job and is good at it. She greeted me and checked me in, she tended the bar, saw her walk in a blind person to the buffet and helped seat him and get his meal. She is awesome. The rest of the staff was great as well.
Negative: The room was a little musty but other than that it was good.
Summary: The best experience at a hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel up family and friends. Our first choice will a

Positive: The evening happy hour and breakfast were a wonderful surprise. The food was great and the dining area was very clean and attended.
