Positive: Location was ideal for the convention centre. The 5:30 kickback was a great bonus. Hotel was clean and the staff were lovely.
Negative: The room and how difficult it was to try to communicate with the hotel prior to our stay. I had messaged the hotel at time of booking to request that we were not placed close to the elevator as my partner was there to take part in a 4 day CrossFit competition. We had travelled from Scotland and this was the biggest event he’s qualified for so good sleep was essential. When we got to our room it was right beside the elevator and also had a very disappointing internal view of other room and an internal space). The noise from the elevator was terrible and kept us both awake until late at night and often started from 5:30am again. We asked to be moved but were told that there were no other room available. This really spoiled the stay for us, especially when it was highlighted prior to our arrival.

Positive: The property was well maintained and in a great location. For the price I doubt there’s a better hotel in the area. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
