Walk to DT from this huge townhouse or play in the river from the private neighborhood riverfront! This townhouse has 3-4 stories depending on number in party. Parties over 8 get the 3rd Master BR unlocked for additional fee.
Walk into the Main level that includes the Living Room w/ Fireplace, Kitchen, Dining, Laundry Room with 1/2 BA and Deck that has views of Yonah Mountain.
Upstairs has 2 King Master Bedrooms each with it's own Full Bath. The bedroom on the East has a private Balcony to watch the Sun come up with your morning coffee.
The 3rd Floor is a Sleeping loft with Plenty of Beds! 4 Twins on one side and 2 Full Beds on the other! There is also a 55 inch 4K TV with Wii gaming system to entertain the Kids and Adults.
For Parties over 8: Basement has a King Master Bedroom with it’s own Full Bath and kitchenette. This room also has a day bed with 2 twin beds.

This townhouse has all the amenities! All new beds and bedding in every room, 8(11) beds total, 2(3) King, 2 Fulls, and 4(6) Twins with plush sateen sheets and bedding. Fastest WiFi available with a Google Mesh network so you have full 300 Mbps in every corner of the house. 2(3) brand new 55" Roku Tvs with all the Live channels and sports so you can get away and still have all of the live sports that you want to keep up with. Wii entertainment system with plenty of games for the whole family. Now the important part, Coffee! The Coffee Bar is always open at Das Mahlberg Gasthaus. We have a ground coffee maker that can do single serve or pots. We have 2 reserved parking spaces right at the front door and there are a few shared visitor spaces just up the hill.
Bring your river toys to cool off in the summer! Wilder Forest neighborhood has its own private stretch of the Chattahoochee for everyone to play in. Located right across the river from the waterpark, you can bring a lawnchair and cooler and be within earshot of the kids at the WaterPark. Or drive upstream with your inner-tube and float back to the condo.
Walk Downtown! We are a short walk to all that Downtown Helen has to offer, Waterpark, Restaurants, Festhall, Mountain Coaster, Mini-Golf, and shopping!
Waterfalls and Wineries! We have included our own recommendations to our favorite local wineries and waterfalls with a description to let you know what to expect from each so you don't end up taking Grandma on a 10 mile hike or a winery with no sweet wines. Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Helen because of this property. The kids really enjoyed the 3rd floor open concept . it was all fun in the sun for them. The wife and I got to enjoy Master Bedroom on the second level and it was very relaxing. The owner made check-in and check-out a very simple process.MAJOR HIGHLIGHT: The area is right outside of the Tubing park and when it opens for the summer we look forward to coming back. We were a 3 minute drive from downtown and we walked everyday to fully enjoy the scene!

Summary: This property is even more beautiful in person! All my friends were very impressed with the space and accommodations. Perfect for a multi family stay as everyone would have space for privacy. Extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Any questions I had prior to the stay were answered promptly.

Summary: I had some issues that were never addressed. There are a few safety issues such as wobbly railing in loft, wobbly table, door handle popped right off for second row balcony. Railing bars popping off , downstairs sink cold and hot water backwards. Then there was the dead plant in my bathroom and the floor coming up in kitchen. The water damage on ceiling in my room. The thick layer of dust on the deer in downstairs bathroom and under fridge. All of our allergies were through the roof.

Summary: Owner communciated very quickly and well. Place was very clean and great size! Great parking area and just 3 mins from town! Would lobe to stay here again in the future.Had 3 groups of parents and kids and 1 pair of parents. Everyone was very comfortable.
