Positive: The breakfast was lovely every morning. The restaurant was excellent highly recommend it. We went there twice. The gardens are also beautiful and the facilities are great.
Negative: The rooms have an issue with sound proofing if they are close together. If you have a child like we did make sure your room is away from others as when our baby cried going to sleep on the first night the couple next door banged on our walls and shouted at us upsetting the baby and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night which was very upsetting.
Summary: Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. The ducks were the cutest. The views are incredible.

Positive: - Wonderful resort with huge beautiful gardens and facilities. - They were kind especially Ardiana from the reception and gave us a gift for our honeymoon. - The breakfast was exceptional. - Staff was helpful everyone is smiling and willing to serve you. - Proximity to beautiful area of lake Garda. City center is 15 min walking down the beach of lake Garda (the best walk ever with lake Garda’s scenic views). - We booked the design room but I’d recommend taking the room with balcony overviewing lake Garda. - In short, the best hotel you can book in lake Garda I’ll book it again if I ever come back.
Negative: - Room design is too basic. Doesn’t match the luxury of the resort’s facilities. - Our room had a minor unpleasant odor. Small bugs seen beside the window.

Positive: Hotel area is huge and ideal for families but also couples. Located directly at the lake you can do a lot of activities - swim in the lake, surfing, biking, etc. In the evening it is possible to walk into the city of Riva de Garda by foot along the lake - 15 minutes
Negative: The family pool is just crowded. A bit of fresh paint could also be applied in a few areas.
