Positive: Very good location on main street - close to everything. Very spacious room, nice and big terrace. Good facilities - jacuzzi with view. All conversation with owner goes via what’s up.

Positive: Hosts were very flexible and accomodating with check in and check out procedures and timing. Very good location, beautiful views. Great bathroom/shower and nice minibar in the fridge!
Negative: Some of the furniture is a bit dated or damaged and could use repair or replacement.
Summary: Great hosts and nice apartment in an ideal location. Could use soem minor investment.

Positive: The view is beautiful and the AC worked well. The shower water was consistently hot. There is a mini fridge which was very useful.
Negative: This place looks way nicer and cleaner in pictures. In reality, there are stains on every piece of upholstered furniture. Black mold in the shower. Spider wipes and dust in the light fixtures. The mattress is too small for the bed frame. They don’t take the trash out during daily cleaning. The pool is too small.
Summary: Wouldn’t consider this place luxury

Positive: Amazing place with great facilities such as a hot tub on the terrace and plenty of space to sunbathe and admire the views. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view from the floor to ceiling windows and our own private terrace was breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, letting us keep our bags in storage there both before and after our stay. They tended to our every need immediately! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an amazing and luxurious-feeling place to stay in Lake Atitlán.
Summary: Absolutely amazing stay, I highly recommend!
