Summary: The hosts were friendly, welcoming and easy to communicate with. The property was beautifully landscaped, well cared for and very clean inside and out. The cottage was well supplied and comfortable and the breakfasts and treats were stellar! We would book again without hesitation when traveling to the area.

Summary: I was incredibly lucky to find Marjolein and Aad's B&B when looking for a place to stay in Leamington! Duck Pond is located on a quiet street just outside the downtown area. The cottage itself is perfect for a family of four and complete with everything we needed. It's very clean and we were provided with a COVID protocol prior to our stay so that we were informed and knew what to expect. Just as the name suggests, there are ducks and chickens in the backyard. We spent our down times watching them go about their day, and at nighttime there are fireflies in the backyard and in the neighbouring field as well. I even saw a heron land in the little creek as I was washing dishes in the kitchen! Marjolein and Aad are wonderful hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and we highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Leamington!

Summary: Aad and Marjolein have done an amazing job with their presentation. The breakfasts are good ( I really loved their Omelette) they also left us some snacks. After talking to Aad for a few minutes you can see he has a very kind heart and Marjolein is wonderful
