Summary: A very beautiful and unique hotel in a spectacular area just away from the tourist drag of Bath city center. The hotel has alot of character and period decor. Its an old hotel, so the heating was nit on, understandibly so as it was May. The plumbing is also not updated, so there is a hot tap and a cold tap at the sink. The facilities are adequate for a shorter stay. The hotel is being upgraded, so there was alot of noise above us for our 2 night stay. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Summary: I was put right at the top. It might have been nice to be in a lower room as I had a lot of bags. No one answered the telephone. The room was a bit tired and worn, not worthy of the price paid. It felt more like an elderly bnb than a boutique hotel.

Summary: Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location Central to Bath . Literally around the corner from Bath rugby . Room was very nice and the service was friendly. We loved the meat and cheese platter with Old fashioned cocktails in the cocktail bar in the evening.

Summary: We had a truly lovely stay at Dukes. The staff were exceptionally hospitable – warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive. A special shout-out to Skomante, Jordan, and Jay, who made our stay even more memorable with their kindness and outstanding service. The room was neat, clean, and very comfortable, making it so easy to unwind after visiting the Christmas market and exploring the city. The hotel’s festive Christmas décor added a cosy, magical touch throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious each morning, with great variety and quality that set the perfect tone for the day. We also loved the dinner included at Plate, The Bird, which offered fantastic food and a lovely dining experience. A wonderful choice for a festive getaway in Bath. Highly recommended! 🎄✨
