Positive: the hotel is very cozy, the staff are very friendly, they always helped in all matters, even helped to congratulate my husband on his birthday at midnight. The aesthetics of the hotel is very important to me, there is no problem with this here, it is very beautiful and cozy! the only thing I would like is a heated towel rail in the bathroom to dry towels after the beach. Thank you so much for your hospitality. we will definitely come back to you

Positive: We recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly nice and always willing to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and maintained at a high standard throughout our stay. We appreciated the attention to detail in both cleanliness and service. Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a clean, comfortable room.

Positive: The staff were very welcoming and helpful Even though they offered breakfast, they were more than happy to recommend places close by. They arranged taxis whenever we needed one. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of the lovely ladies who worked at reception. The night staff Moussa was so helpful and even offered us complementary drinks when we came back to the hotel at night, which were very well appreciated. He helped us as well in the morning with our luggage to our transfer to the airport. A massive thank you to all, and we wish we stayed longer. And we are thinking of going back when we go back to Antalya. Close to the airport bonus point.

Positive: As I entered the hotel I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby . Bedrooms were all immaculate clean. The beds were very comfortable to have a nice night sleep. Room service was on time. It was a bonus to have laundry and ironing service for free. My children loved the pool area. The staff were helpful and welcoming. MR ATALAY was very welcoming and made us feel at home always. On arrival to hotel i was sent a list of near by to restaurants , beaches ,cafes and shopping malls. When we needed taxi for 8 people the hotel would arrange and it would arrive within afew minutes. Thank you to Mr ATALAY you were wonderful and was a pleasure to meet you. If I’m in Antalya again I will definitely be coming back to dolcet.

Positive: 4 girls stayed at Dulcet for 5 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are exceptional- super kind and very attentive to our needs. They were incredibly helpful. The hotel also has an attached restaurant and the food they serve is absolutely delicious! The pool and sun decks were great (cleaned daily). We appreciate the cleaning staff who kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. There were always plenty of towels and bottles of water etc. Dulcet staff are also very good at replying to your questions online and also went above and beyond to provide us with a list of shop names, what they sell, and the distance to them as text upon our arrival. They also provided us with some restaurant names, and what they tend to serve (e.g. vegetarian restaurant, seafood type, etc). As 4 girls travelling, we felt extremely safe to stay here. There was always a night staff available aswell. If I ever visit Antalya again, I will definitely stay here! Please don’t hesitate to book this place.
