Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, except for the owner's closets and storage areas, which are locked.
To be considerate to neighbors, we allow only 4 cars to be parked at any given time and only one car can be parked on the street in front of the house and two cars in the drive-way, 4th car needs to be parked on the adjacent street, details will be sent in email, with picture of parking space, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund if there are more than 4 cars on the property.
We also have quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation , without a refund, to avoid any disturbance to neighbors beyond 10 PM.
As the property manager, myself or a member of our team will be available during your stay if you need anything at all.

Summary: Place was clean and there was plenty of open space, outdoor area was also very nice and well kept.When we arrived there was a letter from the city/state citing codes the property was in violation of. The letter arrived the day before our stay.Also, there were several windows that either didn't have any blinds or curtains or what was there was broken which was unsettling as the properties surrounding are close and could easily see in (bathrooms and bedrooms). Specifically the "master" bathroom, the window had nothing and had direct line of site into the shower at night with the lights on in the bathroom.We also had an "ant" issue. They were all over the kitchen on the day we arrived, we had a toss a lot of our food we brought because they got inside containers that were not even opened yet. The weather is getting warmer but recommend having someone come in and spray.
