Positive: Spacious, bright good seating areas. We liked the pool, sun chairs and rooms facing the pool/Salema town. Well kitted our kitchen and washing facilities. Sliding door to outside opening up living area to the veranda and pool area. A very nice and well equipped place overall.

Positive: Good location! Right on The Rota Vicentina coastal trail. This was a very comfortable place with plenty of space for our group of five hikers. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a nice alcove terrace upstairs where we could have a drink and see over the top of the construction in front.
Negative: Unfortunately there is a house being built directly in front of the living room, close to the pool, blocking the view to the sea and town. The construction seems to be slow so we were not bothered by any noise, but, we only used the pool on Sunday when the workers weren’t there. In one of the bedrooms upstairs where two people were staying - they each wanted to use Wi-Fi to watch things on their tablets at night but the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach there, so a booster would be useful.
Summary: Good value for what we needed for a hiking trip.
