Summary: This has been one of the best VRBO rentals we have used. The house was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We felt so welcome! The furniture and beds were comfy and there was lots of fridge and pantry space for us to use. The location was close to both Main Street in Vernal, State Parks, and other outdoor adventures. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the area. I only wish we'd been able to stay longer because there was so much we still wanted to see and do. Thank you!!!!

Summary: This house exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It is nicely furnished and the most of the rooms are quite large. We loved the big deck in back. The kitchen is well equipped. And, the place is immaculately clean. We were quite comfortable during our stay.

Summary: This is an outstanding property located in a quiet neighborhood. Behind our rental was a large piece of land and we enjoyed the Texas Longhorn, big bull, and donkey that lived on the neighboring land. The host spared no detail - a super clean, well designed one story house with a great kitchen, more than adequate cookware, and information about the local area. Summary: We had a great time for our family vacation. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for all of us. They had some fun games, but could have more for kids to play with though. Nice outdoor space on the porch with games, comfortable chairs, fire pits, and a grill. The bathrooms were great with super comfortable towels. They also provided lots of toiletries for us to use. They had a bowl of fruit for us in the kitchen and a tray of snacks in the bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked overall. Nice dishes. We felt comfortable and well taken care of!

Summary: Amazing experience. The location was perfect, close to all the activities, but in a nice, quiet neighborhood where we could relax but also let the kids play. The house was super clean, well stocked, and had an amazing layout. The kids loved the big open family room and the master walkin closet became their hideout where they even slept! We adults appreciated putting our feet up at the outdoor gas firepit on the deck. Would definitely rent this place again if we are back in town!

Summary: We were so exited to find this house in the Verbal area because frankly there was little available. The house was immaculately clean - and I’m picky - and everything we could have possibly needed was available. We slept 8 very comfortably and loved the place so much that instead of gathering at my brother’s house in Vernal for family activities, we spent almost all of our time at the house. The beds were amazingly comfortable and provided a wide range of choices for those who needed firmer or softer beds. Even the pillows were amazing. The deck out back is beautiful and there was enough seating and space for my family to gather and barbecue while enjoying each other. The deck is shaded by a large tree, but there are also umbrellas available. The grill was large and awesome too. The little touches that Saundra provided (little welcome baskets with a few snacks, a few pods of laundry detergent, extra blankets, plentiful and soft towels) made this my favorite VRBO I’ve visited - and I travel both domestic and international often. We will definitely be back and I highly encourage anyone to book this place without hesitation. It is truly wonderful!

Summary: We literally can not be more thrilled with our stay! Their accommodations, attention to detail, and cleanliness were through the roof!
