Positive: We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Dune. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding genuinely friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The place is absolutely stunning beautiful - feels like a true oasis in Bali. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a high level of service while remaining such a great value for money. Everything was seamless, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be back

Negative: Bed sheets didn’t tidy as short and not cover the bed. Aircon wasn’t cool enough.

Negative: The location is extremely isolated and it’s impossible to walk anywhere easily. Be prepared to order a driver every time you wish to leave the property.

Positive: The decor is absolutely stunning, i loved being away in a quieter area but still a close scooter to nice cafes and the food and drinks you can get there are also great and cater to many dietary needs. Definitely the most memorable part of the trip is the kind and accommodating staff! They were so helpful and always had a smile.
