Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Dunns cabin! We loved the mix of modern and rustic. The children spent most of their time out by the pond catching frogs. We enjoyed a fire and playing cards at the kitchen table! We will stay again for sure! Thank you!! ❤️ The Parker and Davis Families!

Summary: This home was perfect for what we needed. Great location for storyland as well as many hikes and great restaurants nearby. Also the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful! Would absolutely recommend.

Summary: This trip was so needed....I will say the house is cuter in person the photos don't do this place enough justice! Super cozy and homey feel inside. We had a much needed break from the busy lives we all lead. There is a great spot on the river just 6 minutes down the road to play in the water and climb on rocks! We had a blast staying here!

Summary: The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family, there was 6 of us between my wife and I and our kids; ages 3, 14, 15, and 17. Extremely convenient location as it’s just a short drive to Storyland, Diana’s Bath, and Conway. Highly recommend staying at this house.

Summary: We all enjoyed our stay at the house! The place had all the amenities that we needed and we were able to sleep comfortably in the beds. The scenery was beautiful, the fire pit was great for making smores, and we found a river bank just 6 minutes away that was breathtaking.

Summary: This house was perfect! It was in a great location close to everything! Melissa was super communicative before, during, and after our stay and so helpful! Since it was only me, my husband, and our son, we stayed on the first floor (and used the baby gate for the stairs which I’m SO THANKFUL was there!) the home was clean and had everything we needed for our short trip to Storyland! We would absolutely stay again!

Summary: We stayed for a short vacation in nature with our family. Perfect vacation home on a pond, very quiet and relaxed, but with easy access to Franconia Notch as well as quick ride to Conway for shops and restaurants. Special shout-out to Bart's Deli & General store close by in Bartlett who serve brilliant sandwiches to take on hikes, and have most of everything else you'll need. The house is very well equipped, and communication with the owners was perfect - very responsive and friendly. Do know it's a wooden vacation home, so noise travels through the house. We first had 2 families in the house (4 adults, 3 young children) and at the end just us (2 adults, 1 child). The house accomodated us all perfectly, but it was a lot more relaxed when it was just the 3 of us :-)

Summary: We recently spent the weekend with our family of four, including 2 adult children. This house was perfect! The two upstairs bedrooms was so nice because the kids could have their own space. The location of the house is awesome! So close to everything and so convenient. It was so nice to sit out by the fire pit at night with the pond in front of us just enjoying the peace and quiet. The hosts were extremely communicative, and helpful! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Don’t hesitate to book this!!!

Summary: Melissa answered our questions very quickly and very kindly. So we were able to book the apartment at short notice. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly furnished. The terrace and the view of the lake are beautiful. The only thing that was annoying were the mosquitoes. This is not a problem in the apartment, as there is protection on all windows and doors. But if you want to sit outside in the evening, you need a mosquito repellent. Despite the mosquitoes, I can only recommend the apartment and the hosts to everyone. Thank you for the wonderful time.
