Positive: This little villa is a perfect place to stay in Troyes. It is comfortable, cosy and really well equipped. We loved the sunny little garden too, and ate most of our meals out there during our stay. The location is perfect too. It’s on the edge of the old town, so everything is within easy walking distance. We were met by our charming hostess when we arrived, and she provided us with a pass for parking (just across the road). She also gave us a map of Troyes, and information on places of interest. We loved Troyes, and we loved this property.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was great.

Positive: What a fantastic place. It's an old house that has been thoughtfully adapted and is well equipped. It is full of character and warmth. Lovely courtyard where we ate our dinner and two sitting rooms to relax in inside. Parking is convenient and it is a short walk to town. We had a kind welcome and good instructions. We just loved this place!

Positive: We loved the fun and artsy decor. The living room was comfortable and a nice place to sit and have a cup of tea or read. The bed was comfortable with a built in bookshelf with a good assortment of books. The kitchen was well organized and well stocked, with complimentary tea and coffee. The hostess met us at the property with a map of the Trois walking tour, and spent time explaining highlights. She was very knowledgeable of the history of Trois and shared her enthusiasm. All the sights of the city and the restaurants were within easy walking distance. Parking was across a one-lane street in a well-lit parking lot, visible from the duplex, and was free. We only had one night but wish we could have stayed longer to take in more sights in the city.
Negative: While it was no trouble for us, some might find narrow spiral staircase up to the kitchen and living room a bit of a challenge.
Summary: We had a comfortable stay near the heart of Trois.
