Positive: Great location - a bit of a walk to the Medina but not too far. Also reasonably close to the bars and restaurants of Gueliz. There are convenience stores and small supermarkets nearby. Because of the adjacency to Les Jardins Majorelle there are plenty taxis if you need one. The apartment itself is bright and airy with aircon that operates throughout. It was lovely to be met by the host in person (Mourad) and so kind of him to allow us to leave our bags after checkout.
Negative: We really loved the apartment and would be happy to recommend it but there were one or two things that would have made our stay even better from a practical and comfort perspective. For example there was only one small sharp knife for food preparation which had a serrated blade. This is ok for fruit and vegetables but not so good for meat. It’s great to have a washing machine and drying frame but it would have been even better to have an iron and ironing board. The beds were very comfortable but the duvet covers and pillow cases were polyester which is good for washing and drying but not comfortable when trying to sleep in a warm climate where linen. These are minor issues that aren’t a big deal but would be ‘nice to have’.
Summary: A safe, comfortable location from which to enjoy all that Marrakesh has to offer.

Negative: Not something I didn't like, but I do feel that a simple information pack would be worthwhile, e.g. How to operate the heating (as the controls were small and not easy to read), what to do with waste, etc

Positive: The apartment is spacious and has a very nice layout to accommodate a family of 4. Not to mention it’s nice location. Next to everything we needed and on the most beautiful street of Marrakesh! The owners are very caring, attentive and helpful.
Negative: We would like the plumbing, especially shower stands to be better and beds mattresses to be softer.
