Summary: Everything was wonderful! Great communication with both Evolve and the property owners. I had everything I needed and everything was clean. I slept great and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the location and being able to walk pretty much anywhere I wanted to go. I would love to stay again while visiting Oak Island. Thank you for making my time relaxing and easy!

Summary: This upstairs apartment is beautifully decorated, it has everything you need except no TV in either bedroom so we brought our own smart TV, connected to the Wi-Fi and everything was perfect. Each room has its own AC unit and a remote to control the temperature. There's a grill out back and a firepit with seating for 6 and a picnic table as well. No outside shower but there is a hose near the downstairs apartment entrance. The stairs were a challenge to climb, especially with all our things and groceries. The street was quiet and you can walk to sweet treats ice cream. We had a great vacation and will stay here again, probably downstairs though.

Summary: Our stay was good and communication from the hosts was great. We enjoyed our stay and it was comfortable and quiet, we appreciated it being pet friendly so we didn't have to leave our fur baby behind. It was an older place that has been updated and pretty well done. It is a little over 1/4 mile walk to the beach which is doable but beach access parking is available for a fee. Would stay here again.
