Summary: Our room was great and provided everything we needed. The front desk staff is wonderful. We arrived late at night due to our flight arrival time. I notified the hotel that we would arrive after midnight and they were accommodating and efficient. This hotel is wonderful and the location is great.

Summary: “Stark” is the word that comes to mind. There was one person at the check-in desk. There were no Bellman or anyone to help with our luggage. No one to meet us from the taxi. The bar was not tended. The room was very large with tiled floors and seemed very clean. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower and an incredible soaking tub. The sink area was large. The bed was a mattress on what seemed to be a wire frame underneath. The duvet was not in a cover. Just a quilted white comforter. I was not sure if it had been laundered and so I turned it so that the top sheet covering the duvet was actually next to my skin. It served for a one night stay, but I would not want to be there more than an overnight, I was looking for a luxury five star, and this is not what I expect.

Summary: The staff was amazingly helpful and kind. The hotel had a great location, walkable everywhere, food was delicious the hotel staff made excellent recommendations. Rooms were nice, breakfast was wonderful would absolutely recommend to other travelers.

Summary: Had a great stay at this lovely hotel. Spacious and comfortable hotel rooms, amazing rooftop terrace and incredibly tasteful decor. The location is also superb, right by the waterfront and walking distance to the the Gothic quarter as well as well as El Born and Barceloneta. Our stay would be even better if there was a proper espresso machine in the room (like Nespresso), but the Nescafe was tasty nonetheless. Would definetely stay again.

Summary: Great hotel and service was perfection. Breakfast was lovely and included champagne! Guest rooms were spacious and bathroom offered plenty of counter space and terrific water pressure in shower.
