Positive: The location is great and easy to get to, and in a nice neighborhood. The view from the balcony is really beautiful and makes the stay more enjoyable. Right next to the guesthouse you'll find grocery stores and a fruit and vegetable shop, and within 100 meters you can find restaurants, a hair salon, cafés, and pretty much everything you need in the area. Also, in every floor there's a common fridge.

Negative: I really love India and Goa in particular, and I’m familiar with the general standard of rooms in the area. I don’t expect high Western standards, but I do believe that clean bed sheets and a fresh towel are basic expectations.. unfortunately, this aspect was a bit lacking. There’s definitely room for improvement on this front..

Positive: Minute or so from the beach,minute from shops,market and cafes.Quiet at night.air con and a fan.Booked for 2 nights just in case,ended up staying there my whole stay.The guy at reception Ashok was very helpful,let me keep my luggage at reception after checking iout10/10
