Positive: The breakfast was really good. The host even went to the trouble of cutting up fresh fruit for us every morning. The location was great. About two blocks to a huge range of restaurants and in the other direction, two blocks to the train station, where we could even catch a train to Fremantle.

Negative: If there was anything we needed, our friendly host was there to provide it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We would readily recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay fairly close to Perth.
