Summary: I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the hotel was spotless, and my room was fantastic — very clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. The bathroom with the bathtub and glass details was a great touch, and the breakfast was truly amazing. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Summary: Disappointing Stay - The check-in experience was poor, and the room lacked easily accessible power outlets. While the light switches were designed to be fancy, they were not intuitive or conveniently placed. There was no lighting over the sink, and the toilet area had a hidden light that was difficult to locate. Same with AC switch. The room had an unpleasant odor, likely due to sewage issues from the toilet. Overall, the hotel felt old, with a persistent bad smell and traces of smoke. Dusit properties typically offer a high standard of facilities and comfort, but this particular location felt dated and impractical.

Summary: The hotel and the amenities are ok. But it is disappointingly and poorly managed. I arrived at 8.30 pm and my room was not ready yet. I had a friend come to my room for a bit, and got a call from the front desk about it. I definitely would not stay there again.

Summary: We stayed 4 nights at Dusit Hotel. We were looking for an affordable and comfortable hotel with an access to the beach. Dusit hotel was beyond expectations. The hotel has everything you can possibly think of for a 5 stars hotel. The room is large very comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated. Breakfast is very nice with a lot of options. The pool at the 31st floor offers an outstanding view on the city. During our stay we have been given coupons to go the private beach, 5 min walk for the hotel, were you can enjoy a transat with an umbrella, towels and water. You can also buy food and beverages. Overall an exceptional experience, that I recommend
