Summary: Arrived at the hotel to find I had been allocated a different room again despite confirming my preferences after having previous problems in getting defects corrected in the rooms I had been allocated.

Summary: I had repeated problems from previous visits, which were not properly rectified despite continuous reporting. These included Blocked drains, USB outlets not charging, power outlet on desk not working, hair dryer cord too short to be of use, TV controller battery not working, toaster in all day dining takes a long time to toast, and was full of old toast slices behind the toaster due to poor delivery, lack of basics provided in ADD including no butter at bread station, no serving spoons with many dishes, lack of large mugs for coffee, no bowls at fruit station etc etc

Summary: I was staying for 1 week on a business trip and this was about my 5th stay. I have had issues with shower drain being blocked, then bathroom wash basin being blocked which should be picked up by housekeeping. The last 2 rooms I have stayed in also had the hair dryer re-wired (illegally with taped joints under a wet area) and the power cord to the hair dryer was too short to be able to use it and I had to request a longer cord be fitted. It is also inconvenient to have to pay every time for a meal, laundry etc rather than paying at one time at the end of the stay. The air conditioning is noisy and drafty. The all day dining has been closed down for 50% of the area for floor replacement and the menu has been compromised during this time which I raised with the F&B manager at his request for my comments, but no improvement and if anything the choice has been less because of this

Summary: The room was tired and AC noisy. The shower drain blocked so had not been cleaned and the hair drier had a permanently wired connection which to use it meant having to crouch down. The kitchen in the all day dining was half closed due to refurbishment and was noisy plus reduced menu due to this. The toaster was old and in poor condition and did not work (toast went through 6 times without browning) and the kitchen staff ignored my request to fix it, and seemed uninterested

Summary: There were no hand towels after the first day. Laundry and Front desk do not answer calls - approx 6 made to arrange for laundry pick up and had to visit front desk to arrange. Then it was not ready when it should have been - I called to chase up delivery and they came to collect! Was charged for breakfast when it was in with cost so they had to refund. Room cold and AC noisy. USB points did not work
