Positive: The house was beautiful and spacious. Well thought little inclusions around the house and styling made it very homey. Bedrooms were spacious, air-conditioning in each. Plenty of space in wardrobes. Bathroom was neat and tidy, 2nd toilet was very helpful. Open plan dining/ kitchen / loungeroom. Loungeroom had heaps of seating, free WiFi was a bonus as we were both working at night time and checking emails. Throw rugs, heaps of cushions and air-conditioning gave you creature comforts. Kitchen facilities were good. Cupboards fully stocked with plenty of plates, cups and all the cooking utensils you could need. Short stroll to Dutchies beach (minutes), 3min drive to town.
Negative: Only small gripe was the space between the fridge and kitchen bench is tight leading into the bedrooms and our youngest hit her head on the corner of the bench overhang a few times.

Positive: Location was fantastic, the layout of the property was comfortable with large bedrooms. Air conditioning in each room was a nice bonus. Love Dutchies and Bagnalls beaches, so to be at the end of the street is a huge plus. The back yard is big with lots of little areas for our pup to explore. The property was well equipped and welcoming.
Negative: Unfortunately the lounges just weren’t comfortable, the cane furniture is not great for indoor use. The back is hard and hurts to lean on. The laundry could do with an update, we were lucky it was windy so took advantage of the clothes line (that’s a plus, it’s huge). Ventilation in the bathroom is lacking with only a small IXL tastic, would be so much better if we could have opened the window. Looked everywhere for a key to unlock it.
Summary: Cute little house in one of the best locations in Nelson Bay.

Negative: It’s not about the property, but our puppy was too scared to go down the steep steps to the backyard. The steps were not too steep just our puppy too scared!
