Positive: The location was cool and quiet and calm. I went there for the 2nd time and it was better than 1st. the bed was clean and AC was working, it was a good atmosphere and felt like home. English breakfast was good.

Negative: well it's not a bad thing, i just wished more water bottles were in hotel room but i was able to buy more. the shower head was leaking water sideways but the maintenance team was notified.

Summary: Cool, affordable and serene place with an artsy touch.

Positive: The courteous staff. Clean room. Willingness to assist to make staff comfortable.

Negative: Facilities needs some fixup. Extract in restroom tacky, reception observed some water damage. If not checked could breed molds.

Positive: Mostly the staff; very helpful .. all the amenities worked well and the location was great

Negative: The mosquitoes … even after they fleeted the first night, they kept coming back. The bathroom always was sub par.. leakages and stuff

Summary: Great customer service… needs better maintenance

Positive: The ac developed an issue but it was immediately resolved aside from that it was an awesome experience, also d movie night was nice but I'll advise they start the movie earlier for me I'm an eat bird
