The Property
This Immensely Clean, Beautifully Landscaped all season Cottage at a secluded location surrounded by 9 acres of Mature Pine trees and 528ft pristine water frontage on O’Reilly Lake will take you to next level of peacefulness and privacy. Get ready for your lungs to on-rush with Scenic Air. The West exposure of the lake gives you amazing views of the sunset from your Huge all season heated and cooled porch with floor to ceiling windows with option of fully opening them to enjoy the fresh pine scented air. Additional Sun Room finished with pine wood walls and ceiling is sure to relax your mind and provide extreme calmness. We do have outdoor patio deck with BBQ machine and a brand new 8 seater Hot tub to unwind your day with a relaxing water massage. The outdoor Fire pit is where you would love to spend cold night with your family and friends. Kids will love the space surrounding the property to go around and explore the wilderness. Deer and beavers are frequent visitors. You might be able spot some small turtles as well around the property.
The Lake
The lake is usually quiet, and peaceful so take the Canoe, kayak or pedal boat that is offered for the guests as part of the rental and enjoy the day in the waters. The lake is crystal clear with mix of sand and rock bottom and has a very gradual entry making it perfect for small kids. You can also have a seat in the huge natural stone setting right at the end of the Dock and enjoy the view. With 528’ of private waterfront swimming or family time will be memorable without any prying eyes from any neighbors (It is all yours). The lake is spring fed and offers excellent fishing. Largemouth, smallmouth and Walleye are caught in abundance. There is a small island within a short swim or a quick canoe ride where people go and hangout. The fun is unlimited at the Island. Don’t miss to hang out there. Winters are even more fun at the Completely Frozen Lake that offers Ice fishing and skating.
The Cottage
This sumptuous 5 Bedroom 2-bathroom Cottage is very thoughtfully furnished to help guest feel at home. We have 2 bedrooms in the main floor and a full washroom. Main floor also has spacious dining and living room with 55 inch smart TV with Amazon Prime access to entertain all guests. I do have to mention about the all season pine finished sunroom and huge all season porch with floor to ceiling windows that provide one of the best scenic view both in summer and winter months. Washer and dryer is available the main floor for guest usage. The 2nd floor offers Master suite and 2 more bedrooms with another Full washroom with jet spa tub.
Fully loaded kitchen with Granite counter tops and top in class Gas stove will satisfy all your cooking needs.
We have a huge attached Garage that can fit 2 extra Large Full size SUV with ease and helps with direct access into the house, helping to keep your car protected and warmer during winter months. Also you can park up to 10 cars in the driveway. We do have insulated and heated Bunkie with a pool table and a mini fridge that can be used as recreational room.
