Positive: Lovely hotel wish we had found it sooner. Beautiful setting,

Negative: Due to booking.com saying that my first booking was unavailable, I made a second, only to.find out that the first one was successful. Not the hotels fault. But wouldn't refund. We only stayed as the flights was cancelled from Kracow. But again more of an error with booking.com

Positive: 24 hour reception after a flight cancellation, even at midnight the receptionist was warm, helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. The grounds are beautiful and the interior of the hotel was classy and modern. The breakfast was exceptional.
