Positive: This has to be one of my best stays in Sri Lanka. The breakfast was phenomenal, definitely the best I’ve had in my x3 week stay in Sri Lanka. Ashika, the young gentleman that runs this Guesthouse and his friend Charindu has got to be the friendliest, kindest people I’ve met during my time here, they are extremely professional, honest and speak very good English. The guesthouse is exceptionally clean, in walking distance to the beach, and the swimming pool is heaven on earth, the room was perfect with a beautiful balcony and views of surrounding area, everything was clean. As a solo traveller I felt comfortable and safe here immediately. Ashika, cooks the most delicious food ever and is always ready to help with all your enquiries. I came from a not so clean place and he did everything to help me, even getting Aloe Vera plants from the garden for my skin. I can highly recommend this guesthouse, it’s simply one of the best. I ended up saying x3 extra night here. Thank you for everything, I truly appreciated everything you did for me.
Negative: There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this place.

Positive: what a complete service this hotel had with this staff is amazing. whatever we needed, they arranged everything and with a smile. I needed, for example, help with a birthday party for my wife and they arranged everything and the result was amazing. Owner and personal was amazing, everything was clean,wer quote area,close to the beach,very nice and clean Swimmingpool .As well was great food and very helthy. Thanks so much guys for Best vacation in our live.

Positive: Had an awesome stay at E & C Guesthouse, right behind Cinnamon Bey Hotel. The beach is amazing—great for swimming and snorkeling, and there’s even a wavey side that’s perfect for beginner surfers. Plenty of restaurants along the beach to the left, so food options are sorted. Breakfast was great, and the owner, Sammy, is super friendly and helpful really made the stay enjoyable. The pool is nice, and the big garden with sunbeds is perfect for chilling. The rooms are a bit old, but everything works, so no complaints! Definitely worth the money for the location, atmosphere, and hospitality. Overall, a relaxing and fun place to stay—thanks, Sammy, for taking good care of us
Negative: It would be better to replace the beds and bathroom fittings as they are quite outdated. The AC units are old but still functional, though an upgrade would definitely enhance comfort for guests
