Positive: The pool was very nice, and the staff allowed us to stay on the property after checking out. We were able to use the facilities until our new property was ready to check in. The staff went over and above to be kind.
Negative: The door going out to the pool was not working properly. I had to repair the door so that we could use it.

Positive: The beach was amazing .. we went to the beach every day. The cabanas fill up quickly so go to the beach and put your towels to hold the space The earlier the better 7am-8am Pools were fabulous and the apartment we stayed in was wonderful
Negative: The only thing we could think of was a little more variety in their menu at Uncle Tony's
Summary: One of the best vacations I have had in a very long time. I will be returning next year

Negative: Key stopped working One of our hotels kept flooding , staff took care of it once they went to the correct room. Originally the went to the room that wasn’t a problem & left the note saying it was fixed lol ..

Negative: The reservation and check-in. I had emailed that I wanted to check into the room at 2 p.m., and they agreed. When I arrived, it wasn't possible, but it's okay. I'll be back in Aruba on December 27th.
