Positive: The staff were very friendly. The room looked clean. We were happy that the hot tub was open.

Negative: The room had a musty smell. There were no pictures on the wall. The room didn't look like the one on Booking.com, plus we didn't know if we were getting a kitchenette or not. We did not. From the original picture on the site, we definitely got a different room and building.

Summary: It was an Ok stay, though the room could definitely use some upgrading.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I love the pet kit they provided. Walked to the Wallowa State Park to view the lake. The town of Joseph was only a 10 minute drive from the Chalets for more eateries.
