Positive: Gorgeous rooms, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, love the folding wagon. Love the access to the pool
Negative: One off, the property was been reroofed during the week before and the week after. The roofers didn’t clean up after themselves completely and there was broken glass on the balcony that hadn’t been cleaned up. One of my party stepped on a roofing staple with bare feet.

Positive: The door code made the property easily and quickly accessible. The townhome was ample in space. The air-conditioner worked very well. The kitchen was well equipped. The trolley at the doorway was a wonderful addition. The living room was well appointed. The TV was easy to add our account. We didn't really get to use the outdoor space, because of the heat. There was a horse sculpture that was magnificent. The location is about 12 miles from Sisters, OR and 6 miles from Redmond. A really convenient location. There were also some walking paths in front of the property.
Negative: The carpet in the first-floor main bedroom was filthy. There was a dark line of something from the bed to the bathroom. The carpet throughout needed a good cleaning. The baseboards in the bathrooms and throughout the home were heavy with dust and dirt. The leatherette chair in the first-floor main bedroom was shredded with specs on the floor. The screened door was functional, but the frame was bent. There were no hangars in the closets. There was no place to put your suitcase except on the floor. Luggage racks would be helpful. The exit instructions asked that a load of laundry be started. There was no laundry detergent for that purpose. We started it with our own laundry detergent. The instructions did not ask for the trash to be removed, which was fine, but it could get really stinky if not addressed. We removed the trash and placed it in the dumpster. Parking is technically in the back of the property and there is a walkway around the building to the front. Thank goodness for the trolley.
Summary: We generally loved the property, but there are a few things that would improve the stay.

Negative: My mistake - no hot tub. Could have been cleaner, i.e. kitchen cupboards need a good cleaning. Coffee maker but No coffee or condiments- should note that on listing.

Positive: The code was super easy to use. I appreciate not having a key as I tend to lose things.
Negative: Walking around the building to get to the front door.
Summary: The house was wonderful and we had a great time! It was comfortable and had everything we need.
