Positive: The view and scenery was nice, on a golf course.

Negative: Spiders on the bed in master bedroom, every day there finding a spider on it. Saturday morning woke up at 8am to the middle plex unit being worked on cutting g wood and using saws so didnt get to sleep in at all.

Summary: Decent amd was worth the price for it with the problems we had

Positive: It was very comfortable, clean, and a great location. The communication was also very good with the management group.

Negative: The only thing I can think of is I wish they had salt and pepper, and having local coffee available for the few days would have made it a 10+

Summary: The home was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The hot tub and gas fireplace made it especially nice.

Positive: I really loved the space and the location. We were comfortable and had a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the pool.

Negative: There was clothing left in the drawers from other guests. The tv had a static line through the picture. There were several things that didn't feel safe with a toddler: furniture not secured, unlocked closet with only inside doorknob and lock.

Positive: Location and view were nice. The size and amenities were sufficient for the 6 of us from 3 households. The house was dirty: 1)the tub in the master bathroom had dirt in it, and we had to clean it to use it; 2) the floor in the half bath was dirty; 3) There was obvious blood spots on the blanket on the master bed, which we had to wash so we could use it the 2nd night; 4) our suitcase was covered with pet hair just from sitting on the carpet; the amount of pet hair goes far beyond any "pet-friendly" place we've stayed before. They either are not vacuuming, or the equipment is not meant for pet hair. The bedding and furniture were covered in it; 5) the kitchen chairs were covered with crumbs. In addition to the poor cleaning, there were other issues: 1) The 2 king-sized beds were very uncomfortable. 2) The water heater only lasted for 3 people to take showers, but there were 6 of us. 3) The remote to operate the ceiling fan in the bedroom upstairs didn't work, so the fan was not usable. 4) There seemed to be no way to turn on the gas fireplace, and there was no mention of the fireplace in the book. 5) There was a grossly soiled pair of underwear in master bathroom cupboard, and it was the only thing in that cupboard.

Positive: Eagle Crest Resort is one of our favorite places to stay. We are owners of a Time Share and it is awesome that when we can not get bonus time that there are owners that are renting and sharing their property. This property was very clean, well stocked and in a great location.

Negative: Too many numbers for the key code-nine I believe😉 Other vacation rentals that I have stayed at left the condiments and coffee (No repeats) just nice to not have to buy mustard or soy sauce and the like. I know this one was run by the resort so there is a policy. Not a dealbreaker.

Positive: Liked the location, the house was a nice size, it was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property outside was well kept. Patio was great. Beautiful scenery all around. Comfortable seating in the living area and on the patio.

Negative: Air-condition vents did not work for the upstairs bedrooms, filters were filthy and doubled up in the main vent. We didn’t think the house was very clean. Kitchen had crumbs in drawers and silverware. The entry was not swept and corners had cobwebs. Those we called to help with problems with the TV’s and air conditioner, were very accommodating.. We also could not use the awning for the heat.
