Positive: Great view from the room and friendly staff.

Negative: Location was not close to the town itself and we couldn’t get back after our Indian meal (no taxis or uber) Hotel is old and requires a renovation-

Summary: Love big clean rooms and the bath was amazing but hotel out in the sticks.

Negative: That the front desk was unattended a few times we needed to ask something and had to track down staff through the bar for our enquries Need a buzzer to grab staffs attention or someone on the desk.

Positive: Beautiful getaway place love the staff the clean beautiful room will always go there every 2 months for a getaway such a unspoilt quite special haven to rejuvenate from the city. Told my family they need to go & see & stay there too 💯 wonderful food is always lovely thank you Eagle Heights

Negative: A swimming pool would be fantastic but I love it regardless we always have a favourite room upstairs with a spa ❤️
