Summary: Hotels.com needs to put a disclaimer on this hotel as it is undergoing MAJOR renovation which will probably continue for 6 - 9 months more based on what I saw. It has 3 floors and the only floor renovated was the 3rd. There's renovation supplies everywhere (out front, in lobby, down halls, etc.). The young man manning the front desk at chek-in was very professional and personable. Our 3rd floor room was nice (we were told we were the first to stay in it). WIFI was not working. Breakfast the next morning was a sparse cold Continental (because the "breakfast girl" we were told was sick). My wife drinks tea and, even though there was tea, there was no hot water. The hotel will be very nice once completely renovated, but just not now. It is located about a mile off I-20 which is great for no freeway sound unlike many of the other hotels along I-20. One last thing, the sign for the hotel is non-existent out front, so we were not sure it was our hotel when we drove up and, with all the building materials stacked outside, we were not sure it was even open.

Summary: Everything was okay with the hotel with the exception of the room refrigerators. One smelled like something died in it. (room 217) another one froze all of my food. (room 100)

Summary: The property seems to be undergoing some renovations. The room was nice and quiet. It had everything we needed. I liked that they had soft and firm pillows that were clearly marked on the pillow case. The side doors of the building were not accessible from the outside. But you could use them to exit.
