Summary: The room was nice but definitely showing some wear and tear. there was a distinctive musty smell throughout the room, and we had to sleep with the balcony door open to help alleviate. the venue overall was nice, beautiful views of the golf course, and the staff was kind. needs some upgrades overall.

Summary: Hotel is a bit run down and hallways have a damp smell. Food garbage sat outside of a room for 3 days. A dirty washcloth from a previous guest was left in our bathroom and nightstand and desk were not clean. Only one restaurant was open for dinner. No room service. Long walk from lobby to rooms, and no info given on closer places to park. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and spa was very nice.

Summary: This was not a “spa and resort”. It felt like any other basic hotel. The rooms were small, nothing special at all, children running thru the hallways at 11:30pm yelling. I have never been to a “spa” or “resort” that is anything like this. Very average, would not consider it a spa whatsoever.

Summary: My experience was amazing up until I had to check out. I paid for breakfast ahead of time and they refused to serve me breakfast but was completely fine the day before. That left a bad impression. So I’m out of $40. Great.

Summary: The room was not the cleanest and the bathroom was small. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted since there was a rule about not swimming if there was a storm. The view was great I’ll said that.
