Summary: The hot tub, pool and bowling alley were closed. I was charged a resort fee for what? The only staff member I liked was Patrick the bellman. I called ahead to have joining rooms since we booked two rooms. The person said ok and took care of it while I was on the phone. When we arrived I was told the hotel doesn't even have joining rooms. Never will I go there again.
