Summary: Overall the apartment served its purpose while i looked for a home to buy. But the neighborhood was sketchy. The bed uncomfortable. The kitchen tiny. The bathroom dingy. Living room furniture essentially office furniture. Neighbors weed smokers. Basically a college dive.

Summary: This apartment made for a very quiet and relaxing home-base while we were moving our daughter to the area. It's in a cute neighborhood and had everything we needed for our stay. Huckleberry's is super close and has a GREAT breakfast menu if you don't feel like cooking. If you like Vegan or Vegetarian food, Allie's is nearby and has yummy food too. Brent was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. And even though there was a mixup with our booking (the apartment was accidentally double-booked the first two nights of our stay), Brent tried everything to make things right for us, including offering to arrange for and pay for us to stay at another hotel. He also paid for our dinner to try to make up for the trouble. We will definitely stay at Brent's place again next time we're in the area.

Summary: apartment was exactly as advertised - kitchen was small but better equipped than many and worked well for a weeks' stay where we were just making breakfast (toast, eggs, coffee and tea) in the apartment and eating out for the rest.

Summary: I stayed at this cozy apartment for almost a month and it was perfect! Brent is super responsive to any messages or requests that you send him. He is also willing to extend your stay as long as there are no other guests booked right behind yours. He also takes in considerations recommendations that you may have. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay. The apartment itself was clean and cozy. You get your own parking spot right in front of the apartment and the neighborhood itself is nice. I wasn't worried about crime or noise in the area. It seemed to be a safe residential area. Sometimes you got a heavy-footed neighbor upstairs but it wasn't common. Also, the apartment is super close to the highway which made it easy commuting to work. You're also close to downtown Spokane, where everything is less than 15 mins away. If you want to be close to the action of all Spokane-things, I would definitely recommend to stay here!! Worth it!
