Positive: Location is good. Good size house and overall, well maintained. Enough plates, bowls and cutlery for all guests. Nice pools floats - some broken though. Washer/Dryer are big, clean and work.
Negative: Managing company is terrible. House listed with heated pool, but that is $80/day which has to be booked 48h before arrival for the entire stay. If you choose not to, the pictured jacuzzi/spa nor the pool valves or anything works. So, you have a cold vessel of water but that's about it. For Women especially, the gardener (random male guy) showed up without notice at 7am waking up the house and starting to work in the backyard outside the bedroom windows. Who knows who else might stop by unannounced. Since the gardener cut and blew the leaves, flowers and dirt around they ended up all over the pool, but since the valves didn't work, we were unable to use it after that since it was simply too dirty to swim in it. Lising shows a smart TV but it doesn't work. You will need to sign in with your own Netflix account but it wouldn't even connect to the internet so we couldn't use it. There is a fireplace inside and a firepit outside with gas, but no manual as to how to use it. When asked guest services you get a "check the manual" answer. Yet, the manual doesn't cover them. To top it off, on our last morning the power went out. They had us waste almost an hour trying to find the breaker - which is behind a locked door to which we do not have access too - we requested an hour extension therefore so we could have that time back to pack up and maybe take a shower (in the dark), but no - of course that's only an option if you request and pay for it the day before.
Summary: Good location for a party house for a night or two. Management is scam.

Negative: Outdoor table near bbq is badly weather damaged, therefore not comfortable to eat on. We had to put towels down in order to avoid splinters. The outdoor wicker furniture set is very uncomfortable. The pieces don’t stay together and the pillows slip off, so you’re constantly slipping and sliding. The pool and spa will not be heated unless you give them notice BEFORE your stay. If you decide to want to have the pool/spa heated during your stay, you are SOL. It ended up being very windy during our stay (despite what the weather apps said) therefore leaving the pool pretty useless to us because the water was so cold +windy. When asked to at least turn the heaters on so we can at least enjoy the spa (an additional charge that we were willing to pay for), the property declined any help for us. Sprinklers from the property behind us was over spraying in our side of the yard while we were BBQing. It would’ve also been nice to use the empty garage to keep our new car out of the extremely windy elements, but you’re not able to. Oh well
Summary: The kitchen is well stocked as well as linen the linen closet. Plenty of pool accessories if you’re lucky enough to use
