Positive: Lovely stay, actually stayed in the summer house as booking.com had managed to double book the coach house, but the summer house was lovely. I arrived quite late as got stuck at site but I contacted the host who was responsive and helpful saying everything was ready for me and the lights on ready. It has everything you need for a short stay and is very well equipped. Very clean I smelt like a spa when arriving. Toiletries were included & even had a hot tub outside but I didn't opt for that as only a one night stay. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet the host as away early again the next morning but ging off communications for booking they are very efficient & friendly :)

Positive: This is a cute place, good value as a last minute choice on an unscheduled trip. It was nice to have accommodation completely private with capacity to make a hot drink. Easy to find from map reference
Negative: I was told I had to park on the road which is quite narrow and currently there’s a lot of construction work locally so I worried about the safety of my vehicle due to numerous vans. Also the main heater either didn’t work or hadn’t been turned on and there wee no instructions for it (this was Feb) so there were two freestanding heaters and a trailing extension lead plus a freestanding heater in the bathroom which is not very safe near water. I did not want to disturb the owners to ask about the wall heater so there need to be instructions for this included in the information which is otherwise pretty comprehensive.
Summary: Good value, quirky & cute but please change the bathroom heater!

Positive: It had a homely feel. Comfortable bed and some thought had been put into it, lots of air heaters and towels
Negative: My comments are observations only to benifit others if they choose to stay, ultimately it was fine . There is no parking in the drive, I had to park my car on a grass verge on public highway as it was made clear the parking was only for the owners. There was no plates for food but all other cutlery is available. The WiFi code is wrong in the welcome pack. When searching Do not look for the coach house use the house number to find the property.
