Summary: This is a gem of a find in the Second Ward. Modern and clean. We walked to Navigation and surrounding sites during the day and night. It’s a working class neighborhood, so has some grit to it, but we felt safe, and it has some cool graffiti murals right around the corner. Bayou Walking Trail, Pickle Ball courts and several good restaurants and bars within 1-2 mile radius. Short uber rides to downtown sites. My only wish would be a headboard for the upstairs master bed to have something to lean up against when having a cup of coffee or reading. The kitchen was well stocked, btw.
