This home was newly built in 2023. It is the perfect spot for a long weekend, week or even a month's stay in Nashville. There is a smart TV in the living room area. Summary: We had a blast in Nashville. This location in East Nashville was close to five points and downtown. The house was clean and had everything you could need. You can walk to restaurants and a short Uber ride to down town. Communication was excellent. This won’t disappoint.

Summary: Shauna's house is super cute. It is clean, well decorated and comfortable, located about .5 mile from stores and bars in the Lockeland Springs neighborhood. Shauna is a great communicator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Very nice, clean, comfortable home in a great location. Worked perfectly for our needs. The neighbourhood was very walkable and downtown is also easily accessible. Hosts were very responsive and had great BBQ and pizza recommendations. Would definitely want to stay here again if we come back. We loved spending mornings on the front veranda.
